Specifications:
Fabric: Extra thick, extra strong, nylon-Lycra blend. An assortment of colors are available; pictured is “slate blue.”
Padding: The shorts shown have a double layer of thin foam material, slightly offset to eliminate any high edges. For a slightly higher price, we can use a pre-fab padded insert chamois which is what you find in standard bike shorts found at REI or Performance Bike. The advantages to our foam system are 1) it is less expensive, a saving we pass on to you, 2) it amounts to more padding and a more comfortable ride, and 3) I can make it longer than the pre-fab version, meaning if you would like it to extend up the back a little more (as pictured), no problem!
Custom Features: All seams are serged and then sewn flat to eliminate any wiggling and rubbing. There are no inside leg seams to the shorts, hence, no chaffing. I can make the legs as long or as short as you want them; the waist and leg circumference as wide or as narrow as you need. Custom fit.
